Marinated Roasted Pork Ribs (Golden, Tender & Full of Flavor)

These marinated roasted pork ribs are the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite and smile. The ribs soak up a bright, garlicky mix with just a touch of honey, giving them that balance of savory and lightly caramelized goodness. After a long chill in the fridge, they roast low and steady under foil so they stay tender, then finish uncovered to get that irresistible golden crust that everyone fights over. It’s the sort of recipe a home cook keeps in their back pocket—simple steps, everyday ingredients, and a payoff that tastes like you spent all day fussing over it. Serve them straight from the oven with their pan juices and watch how fast the platter disappears. This is comfort cooking at its finest, and it never fails to impress.

Joe, on a slow cooker it will most likely be falling off the bone anyway, so I'm not sure you can avoid making it tender.

I’m guessing you could cook it low and slow, 300*F for 3 hours, then brown it as the recipe says in step #3 ?
Or would it be too tender and falling apart to do that?
