Portuguese Parisienne Potatoes Recipe | Flavorful Oven-Baked Potatoes
Portuguese Parisienne Potatoes are a savory, herb-crusted side dish featuring a golden, crispy exterior and a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth center. This recipe uses an aromatic Portuguese olive oil base infused with pimentão (paprika) and a roasted garlic marinade to deeply season each sphere. The slow-roast technique ensures an authentic Mediterranean texture, making these marinated potatoes a fragrant, easy-to-prep addition to any family dinner.

DanielHow much of the "Portuguese Ingredients" or Piri Piri? Or is the combination of garlic salt/paprika/dried oregano, etc. what makes it?2 Years ago, Saturday, February 17, 2024 -
TraceyThis recipe is amazing! I made it for 35 people - used russet potatoes and a very large pan and cooked them on the bbq. Received rave reviews and there were hardly any left overs!!! This is a keeper!3 Years ago, Thursday, July 13, 2023 -
Frederick SouzaYou can save a lot of time if you boil the potatoes so that they are cooked through but not mushy. I usually use cubed potato and that takes about 12 min of boiling before being drained and the spices added. Then you can roast them until you like the crispiness or crust.3 Years ago, Saturday, March 11, 2023 -
Ken SpinkThese should work really well in our air fryer ( most things do!). I used to make Parisienne potatoes years ago using a special tool which would cut the small spheres from larger potatoes. Cubes would definitely be much easier!3 Years ago, Saturday, March 11, 2023 -
