Ingredients
800 g beef ribs (about 1¾ lb / 28 oz)1 onion2 garlic cloves2 tablespoons vinegar3 tablespoons Worcestershire saucePiri piri sauce, to tasteMelted butter, to tasteSalt, to taste
Preparation
- Season the ribs with salt, and place them in a baking dish.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves and finely chop them.
- Add the vinegar, Worcestershire, and piri piri sauce (to taste).
- Mix well, then coat the ribs on both sides with this mixture and let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Drizzle the meat with a little melted butter and bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
- Baste several times with the sauce during cooking.
- Serve with fries and/or a salad.
