Ingredients

2 cups (16.9 fl oz) sparkling wine1 ¼ cups (10 fl oz) apple cider (non-alcoholic or alcoholic, as preferred)1 ¼ cups (10 fl oz) lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7Up)2/3 cup (5 fl oz) natural peach juice, strained3 ripe peaches, sliced with skin5 fresh basil leavesFresh mint, to tasteIce, to taste

Preparation

  1. Slice the peaches (with skin on) and place them in a large pitcher.
  2. Crush the basil leaves slightly with your hands to release their aroma, then add them to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in the sparkling wine, apple cider, lemon-lime soda, and peach juice, everything should be well chilled!
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
