Ingredients
2 cups (16.9 fl oz) sparkling wine1 ¼ cups (10 fl oz) apple cider (non-alcoholic or alcoholic, as preferred)1 ¼ cups (10 fl oz) lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7Up)2/3 cup (5 fl oz) natural peach juice, strained3 ripe peaches, sliced with skin5 fresh basil leavesFresh mint, to tasteIce, to taste
Preparation
- Slice the peaches (with skin on) and place them in a large pitcher.
- Crush the basil leaves slightly with your hands to release their aroma, then add them to the pitcher.
- Pour in the sparkling wine, apple cider, lemon-lime soda, and peach juice, everything should be well chilled!
- Stir gently to combine.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
