Chocolate Ganache:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate and cream.
  2. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Assembly:

  1. In an 800 ml (about 3.5 cups) serving dish, spread a layer of lemon mousse and smooth the surface.
  2. Pour a layer of ganache over the mousse.
  3. Continue layering mousse and ganache until the dish is full, finishing with ganache on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
  • Tips:
  • Want it sweeter? Use store-bought lemon juice instead of fresh lemons.
  • Prefer a milder flavor? Swap dark chocolate for milk chocolate.
