Noemia PimentelHow can I prepare these meringues with a chewy middle.4 Years ago, Monday, March 7, 2022replyOne idea Noémia, before you pipe the meringue in swirls in the parchment paper, place the chewy middle (to taste) on the parchment paper, spaced out where you are going to place the meringues, then just swirl the meringues around and on top of the chewy middles.
