Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken drumsticks with mustard, finely chopped garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a baking dish, layer the thinly sliced onion on the bottom, drizzle generously with olive oil, and place the chicken drumsticks on top.
  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper and cubed potatoes around the chicken.
  5. Pour the beer over everything and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Roast in the oven until the chicken is golden and fully cooked, and the potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes.
  7. Serve with a side of rice, and enjoy!
