Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks1 red bell pepper4 large potatoes4 cloves of garlic1 onionOlive oil (as needed)Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)1/2 cup (120ml) beer1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon mustardSalt (to taste)Parsley (to taste)
Preparation
- Season the chicken drumsticks with mustard, finely chopped garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for at least one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the thinly sliced onion on the bottom, drizzle generously with olive oil, and place the chicken drumsticks on top.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and cubed potatoes around the chicken.
- Pour the beer over everything and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Roast in the oven until the chicken is golden and fully cooked, and the potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes.
