Ingredients
800g (1.75 lbs) potatoes2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon smoked paprikaDried oreganoSalt, to tasteWhite pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, keeping the skin on.
- Cut them into quarters, then halve each quarter to ensure they are not too thick.
- Wash again and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Season the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and white pepper, and mix well to coat evenly.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer, without overlapping.
- Bake until golden brown, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
