12 pieces of pork spare ribsWhite wine (to taste)1 bay leaf2 tablespoons of crushed garlic2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper sauce1 tablespoon of lard1 tablespoon of olive oil2 tablespoons of waterSalt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Add the ribs, mix them well in the seasoning.
Marinate for a few hours.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
Place the ribs in a pyrex dish with the seasoning.
